  • A total of nearly three tons of wild TobalĂĄ was used to produce 225 liters at 47.1% ABV in April of 2022, and released in Spring 2023
  • The aromas and flavors are extremely representative of what a well-made TobalĂĄ from the region should taste like. The complex and balanced intermingling of savory minerals and earth, tannins, and ripe fruit is a reminder why TobalĂĄ has remained such a prized plant and spirit throughout MiahuatlĂĄn and much of Oaxaca.
